907 NOTIFICATIONS (FAM)

Notifications may be a Notice of Decision (NOD), letter, or other written document provided by the Department.

A Notice of Decision (NOD) informs a family when an eligibility determination has been made or when a child is added to or released from the wait list, and offers them the right to appeal the decision.

Other notifications are provided to the family and child care provider whenever the NH Child Care Scholarship is increased, decreased, redetermined, terminated, when DHHS establishes or ends the link between the child and provider or notification regarding certain time-limited eligibility requirements.
