307 INSTITUTIONS (FSM)

An institution is a facility that provides residents with the majority of meals (over 50% of 3 meals daily).

The following are not considered institutions:

·         Residential care facilities

·         Community residences

·         Shelters for the homeless and battered women

·         Drug or alcohol treatment centers
